Automobile Axle Co.,ltd which specializes in axles(FR&RR)
production is a core member of Jianghuai Automobile Group.
The
company is 60,000 square meters in area with more than 1000
staff members and 400,000,000 total assets. We keep on
pursuing technological progress and technology innovation.
Also, we introduced advanced equipment from abroad and build
up flexible assembly lines, such as stamping ,welding,
machining and assembly.
Our production capacity now is 250,000 annually.
What’s
more, we attach great importance to research and development
capability and set up national advanced research and
development center of axles. There are four technology
platforms of Isuzu, Toyota, Hino and Hyundai and 8 series more
than 200 models of products with axle load capacity of 1-9t
suitable for truck (1-5t) and chassis &suspension
of passenger cars.
Under the leadership of Jianghuai Automobile Group , we
found learning organization and put the operating concept into
practice. Meanwhile ,we promote TPS production style and stick
to quality and benefit orientation .Gradually we make
systematic progress through constant effort .In 1999,we passed
ISO 9000 authentication. And in 2002 and 2003,we passed safety
authentication and reached management standardization
respectively. Additionally, we won the honor of ‘The
National Best Spare Parts Supplier’ in 2004 and passed TS
16949 authentication in January,2005.
Trying to be the first-class spare parts manufacturer in China
is our wishful prospect .The new plant area located in
economic and technological development zone with 170,000
square meters is under construction .For the initial phase of
the project, the total investment is 150,000,000 and is
expected to be completed in October,2005.The key point of the
development is to make crucial spare parts by ourselves as
well as assembly and inspection. The Advanced equipment and
automatic assembly lines are introduced from abroad and the
annual production capacity of 150,000 axles for MPV and SUV is
expected.
